FORMERLY Tristan Warner Studios, HEWN developed as a natural extension from both furniture design and production endeavors and is combined with years of focused work in the commercial and residential renovations field.

Employing experience in the construction industry from California to New York to Tennessee AND BACK UP NORTH TO MID COAST MAINE, the decision to develop a full service general contracting firm emerged in response to long term collaborations with various architects and designers. 

HEWN combines the sensibilities of high end construction and fine furniture fabrication and employs strategies from rough to finish carpentry on site, to millwork and custom fabrication in their shop. 

HEWN has completed a series of interesting projects with design partners and clients of all kinds. This includes both commercial and residential work and involves the coordination and management of skilled subcontractors in order to provide an increasingly broad range of possibilities.

They welcome all types of inquiries and opportunities to bid on projects of any size.
